My name is Eleni Tsoukanta, I am a business developer, UX designer and project manager. I translate user needs and user analytics into meaningful and captivating experiences in the form of digital product solutions and e-commerce campaigns.

In my current position at EY, I enable people & technology consulting by integrating technology, data, AI solutions to optimize go-to-market and enhance service delivery across various areas such as learning, change, HR, AI and sustainability.

With empathy and analytical skills, I analyze complex processes and trends to organize information by translating it into marketable business solutions. While working on startups I developed an understanding of creating and curating product solutions. I am responsible for creating successful products but also for managing the team and keeping these products updated according to their life cycle, technology advancements and end-user input.
Designing high-quality end-to-end experiences for B2B and B2C clients is my passion, while I have a proven record I shape digital businesses with innovative products and services in various industries.

When I do not work on new digital products, I work on my garden, I play volleyball and I travel in Germany and around the world. Oh and I learn new languages!
